I usually don’t write reviews unless I’m really dissatisfied. But with ShipFusion, I was so pleased that I felt compelled to leave them a note on TrustPilot. What really made me super happy was their tailored system; it not only met all my needs but also cleared my backlog of over 5,000 orders in just a few days. On top of that, their responsiveness is top-notch (you’d be lucky to have Martin as your account manager). I can’t express enough gratitude to Marin for spending so many hours on Zoom with me, making sure everything was just right and giving me fantastic advice on how to simplify my fulfillment process.

I ran into some issues while trying to set up the buy one get one workflow, so I reached out to their support team. To my surprise, someone responded within a few hours and got everything sorted out for me right away. They’re incredibly helpful, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!
